Revel Installation Guide
Please carefully read all instructions to successfully complete the installation. Images have been provided to assist with completion, however some images can differ due to the different versions.
Step 1:
Contact Revel
There are URLs in the Revel Backend that need to be changed by a Revel support agent. In order to make this change, you are responsible for reaching out to support@revelsystems.com. A template email can be found below, prefilled with the required information. Please refrain from contacting SessionM until Revel has completed this step.
Copy the following Email:
We are launching on the LoyalTree (Now SessionM) platform. Can you please make the following LoyalTree URL changes in our Revelup backend?
Revelup Link: {retailer}.revelup.com
Location Name: {locationname}
Establishment ID: {establishmentid}
Owner name: {ownername}
Owner email: revel1@gmail.com
In order to get to the URL page for the particular location, you go into the Advanced Settings -> "Gift Rewards & Admin Cards" then go to the LoyalTree section. The LoyalTree box needs to be checked (the login information will be provided at a later date.). The below URLs and Dev Key need to replace the current URLs and Dev Key:

Step 2:
Visit your Revelup dashboard at https://{retailer}.revelup.com and sign into your account. Pick your establishment from the list that shows up after signing in.
Step 3:
Click the "Settings" icon to go to your back office settings.
Step 4:
Expand the "Gift, Rewards, and Admin Cards" section in the list to the left side of the page by clicking the + next to the section label.
Step 5:
Click the checkbox next to the "Loyaltree" option under "Gift, Rewards, and Admin Cards" to add the LoyalTree settings to the right hand menu.
Step 6:
Scroll down in the right hand side of the page until you see a section labeled "LoyalTree". Ensure the check box next to the name is checked.
Step 7:
Copy the values below into the E-mail and Password boxes under this section. Note that the E-mail field is not necessarily an email, and should usually be the exact text of your Brand Name.
Step 8:
Click the "Save" button in the upper right corner of the page. Afterwards, click the "Export" button directly below that.
Step 9:
This will sync your establishment's menu with SessionM's servers. Please wait for this process to finish, and once you receive the successful response, you may proceed to restart your devices.
