Aloha Installation Guide
Please carefully read all instructions to successfully complete the installation. Images have been provided to assist with completion, however some images can differ due to the different versions of Aloha being installed.
Step 1:
Open command prompt by pressing the Windows Key and typing cmd, or press the Windows Key and R then type cmd.
Step 2:
Type the following commands into the cmd prompt box.
- sc delete “integrationservice” then press Enter.
- sc delete “loyaltree updater service” then press Enter.
Step 3:
Press CTRL ALT DELETE or Right Click on the menu bar to open Task Manager.
Step 4:
In the Task Manager find the Integrationservice, right click and Stop the service.
Step 5:
In the Task Manager find the loyaltree updater service, right click and Stop the service.
Step 6:
Navigate to c:\Program Files (x86)\LoyalTree and delete the folder. If the folder cannot be deleted then repeat step 4 and 5 as the services are most likely not stopped.
Step 7:
Open the Aloha Manager and login using the credentials from the previous installation. Navigate to Maintenance > Business > Store > Store Settings and at the bottom Systems Highlight and delete POSDriver.Aloha.Service… from the External integrated software component line.
Step 8:
Click Maintenance –> Payments > Comps on the left-side menu and click the Comp drop down to select LoyalTree then click Delete on the right-side menu.
Step 9:
Navigate to Maintenance > Screen Designer > Quick Service Screen Designer.
Step 10:
Click on Work with Panels.
Step 11:
Click on Panel > Open Panel then find the Tenders screen.
Step 12:
Right Click on the LoyalTree button and after deleting the button click Panel then Save All Panels.
Step 13:
Close Aloha Manager and Navigate to the following windows path C:\bootdrv\alohaqs\BIN
Step 14:
Click on the Last Modified Date to organize the folder and select all of the following files then delete.
